Include proof of negative Coggins, (dated after Jan. 1, 2017). Submit a copy of your
2017 RMDS Horse/Rider/ Owner Card for scores to qualify for RMDS Championships and year-end awards. To qualify as an Adult Amateur, you must include a copy of your 2017 USEF card.
$25 fee for each change after closing date.
Post entries accepted with management approval and $25 fee. $50 charged for all returned checks.
Mail entry to Secretary Julia Peacock at her address above with checks payable to Foothills Chapter. Online entry credit card payments through the system will incur a 3.2% processing fee. Alternately, a check can be mailed to the show secretary, but it must be received prior to the closing date (or late fee will be incurred). Tentative times will be available at www.showsecretary.com the week of the show. Ride times will be finalized at noon the day prior to the show.
The office fee is non-refundable. Before closing date, entire entry minus office fee will be refunded. After closing day to day before show, refunds will be only for class fee if ride(s) can be filled. During competition, no refunds of any kind for any reason.
Ribbons to sixth place. High point awards for Junior/Young Rider, Open, Western Dressage and Adult Amateur.
WESTERN DRESSAGE ASSOCIATION of COLORADO has qualified both of these shows for their High Point year-end award program.

REQUIRED HORSE VACCINATIONS
Proof of horse vaccination for equine influenza virus and equine herpes virus within six months of show is required.
All tests ridden outside in standard 20m x 60m arena with mixed pea gravel and wood chip footing (or equivalent); warm-up in large outdoor sand arena. Indoor arena for lunging. Show will be cancelled and not rescheduled
only for severe weather, as determined by show TD.
