History and theory behind the desired seat

Why must we keep our shoulders in a T and arc through the waist when bending or turning.

Why must the inner thigh stay connected to the horse?

Where is the horse’s center of balance and our center of balance?

Compromises in our bodies that may be keeping us from riding in a centered fashion.
