SHORT BIOGRAPHY: I enjoyed a varied career beginning with Hunters, Eventing and Dressage. I spent 12 years in the Arabian horse breed gradually shifting to the Morgan horse as the focus of a breeding and training program. I credit the principles of Dressage with all of my successes. Career highlights include World and National Championships in Western Pleasure, Dressage, Carriage Driving, Hunter Pleasure, Park saddle and English Pleasure. The purpose of performing Cowboy Dressage exhibitions in the 1990’s was to demonstrate the universal application of Dressage. The formalization of Western Dressage as a discipline and participation in test writing was a dream come true. I enjoy writing educational articles and coaching riders to improve their scores.
