This member favorite two day event is WDACO, WDAA & AQHA High Point Qualified. Come show your horse one or both days at one of our favorite venues which includes an outdoor arena for warm up and indoor arena for the show. Overnight stalls are also available. Register early before this fills up!

June Jubilee Hotel: We secured a special rate at the Comfort Suites in Castle Rock. The WDACO rate is $119.
Participants need to ask for the group rate of WESTERN DRESSAGE 26; they will pay individually.

Summer Sizzler Hotel:  Discounted Room Rates at Comfort Suites in Bennett, only about 8.5  miles from Elevate Ranch.   Rates are $134 – King room and $139 – Double Queen.  Ask for WESTERN DRESSAGE SHOW 2026 when booking.

Show and Clinic Volunteer Job Descriptions

  • Arena Setup – Before the event begins, 5 people needed to help unload and configure the arena.
  • Hospitality – Greet participants and volunteers, ensure judges have water and lunch, sell merchandise.
  • Gatekeepers – Ensure the correct rider enters the competition arena at the correct time. One gatekeeper will be at the warm-up arena and one at the show arena.
  • Equipment Checker – Examine rider’s equipment (bit, spurs, saddle, etc.) to ensure legality. See WDAA Guidelines.
  • Scribe – Records judges’ scores and comments on each rider’s test. If software is used instead of paper tests, the scribe must have keyboard/typing skills.
  • Test Runners – If paper tests are used, collect tests from the scribe and carry them to the scorer in the Show Office. Do not look at the tests.
  • Scorers: Add points on each test and record riders’ total scores.
  • Arena Teardown – After a show or clinic, 5 people needed to assist with taking down the dressage arena and loading it onto the trailer.
  • Stall Checkers and End of Show Details – Ensure each stall has been completely stripped before the rider leaves, and assist with end-of -event details.
